Workflow invoke API keys

Create sk-wf-… keys for a published workflow, list/revoke them, then call POST /v1/workflows/:id/execute with X-API-Key or Authorization: Bearer (OpenAI-style). See docs/workflow-invoke-api-keys-intern-en.md.
